Privacy Policy & Mandatory Data Contribution Agreement

By clicking “Upload”, “Process Image”, or otherwise using this Service, you unconditionally accept all terms below. If you do not agree, please do NOT use this Service.

1. Mandatory and Irrevocable License Grant (Core Rule) By uploading any image to this Service, you immediately and irrevocably grant us (and our successors, affiliates, and licensees) a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, fully-paid, transferable, sub-licensable, unrestricted license to:

   • store, copy, modify, analyze, display, distribute, create derivative works from,

   • use the image and all extracted features for AI model training, research, testing, optimization,

   • incorporate into commercial products, services, demonstrations, marketing, and any other present or future business purposes, without any compensation or further notice to you.

2. No Deletion Right for Training Data Once an image or its features have been used in model training, technical deletion is impossible. You explicitly waive any right to request erasure of data already incorporated into trained models.  

3. Explicit Consent to All Processing Purposes You expressly consent (pursuant to GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), CCPA opt-in standards, Taiwan PDPA Art. 8, etc.) to the collection, storage, cross-border transfer (Taiwan & United States), and unlimited use of your uploaded images for all purposes listed in Section 1. This consent is given freely as a precondition for using the Service.

4. No Alternative / No Opt-Out There is no “basic-only” or “no-training” mode. Use of the Service = full acceptance of the above license and consent.

5. International Data Transfers You explicitly consent to the transfer and processing of your images and related data in Taiwan, the United States, and any other jurisdiction we choose, even if such jurisdictions may have lower data-protection standards than your home country (GDPR Art. 49(1)(a) explicit derogation consent).

6. Your Warranties & Full Liability You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, consents, and permissions for the images you upload. You alone bear 100% of any legal liability arising from your uploads (copyright, privacy, portrait rights, etc.). We disclaim all liability.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in Taipei District Court, Taiwan.
